We aim to create a safe and serene atmosphere where horse and human alike feels at home.

Silver Oak is a full service private equestrian stable, offering horsemanship and riding lessons and including boarding for horses in comfortable and safe box stalls, with all day daily turnout. Boarders have access to the facilities which include a large covered and lighted arena, an all weather outdoor arena, seasonal riding and hiking trails, a 1/2 mile all season loop trail, and amenities such as a hot and cold water wash bay, cross-tie bays, tack room, grain room, bathroom with shower, and kitchen stocked with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The culture is relaxed and serene - a place for horse lovers to come and enjoy time in nature with their horses and like minded individuals.

Leah Daniels created Silver Oak Stables after an accumulation of years of hard work trying to find a way to make horses an integral and meaningful part of her life that made sense in a practical way to fulfill what felt like her true calling. She has managed multiple barns, worked in equine veterinary clinics, trained horses, taught riding lessons, and was the volunteer coordinator at a horse rescue. All these experiences has led to a clear vision for an equestrian facility that honors the relationship between horses and their humans - a place where horses are well cared for and allowed to be their natural selves, while also providing a tranquil space where the people who love them can fully be present and enjoy doing what they love with their horses. At Silver Oak, you leave your worries at the gate, and enter a serene and beautiful horse heaven.
